Job Summary:

This IT Support Specialist role focuses on the daily tasks of application deployment, patching, and applying security updates. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to provide L1 support for DC-related operations and be part of the NADRA IT Services delivery team, which may involve day/night shifts for service monitoring and optimal service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Application Deployment: Execute daily tasks such as application deployment, patching, and applying security updates.
  • Technical Support: Provide L1 support for DC-related operations and participate in the NADRA IT Services delivery team.
  • System Management: Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including deployment, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, application deployment, and system management.
  • Certifications: Industry-standard professional certifications in NMS solutions (SolarWinds, PRTG, Manage engine, etc.) are preferred.
  • Skills: Relevant working experience in NOC, OS and NMS configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
