Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including network security, systems engineering, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and supervise systems engineers and I.T technicians to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
  • Provide effective solutions to meet business requirements and improve processes for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the IT technology budget and monitor related expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer systems operations and department improvement.
  • Evaluate the performance of IT Support engineers on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Meet with internal clients to discuss system requirements and improvements in current operations.
  • Design and maintain Company's Local and Wide area network infrastructure.
  • Implement and monitor network security at all levels.
  • Design and maintain Voice over IP network.
  • Ensure high-speed Internet and email systems with appropriate security organization-wide.
  • Provide 24/7 support for IT infrastructure services, desktop applications, IT security, and telecommunications for all business units.
