The Whole School Evaluation role is a pivotal position within our network, playing a crucial part in conducting comprehensive evaluations across 2000+ schools.
This evaluator will blend qualitative and quantitative methods to co-generate insights with principals, teachers, and learners. Their analyses and recommendations will fuel continuous improvement, safeguard integrity, and elevate educational outcomes in under-resourced contexts.
Key Responsibilities:- Rich Evidence Collection: Gather on-site data including classroom observations, student records, surveys, and documentation to deliver accurate findings.
- Trend Identification: Recognize patterns, correlations, and systemic gaps within datasets to draw well-founded conclusions about teaching, learning, and operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate constructive meetings and discussions with school leaders to gather insights, validate findings, and foster co-ownership of evaluation outcomes.
- Report Preparation: Produce high-quality evaluation reports in English, outlining key strengths, areas for growth, and actionable recommendations.
- Feedback & Presentation: Share findings with school leadership in a clear, solution-oriented manner to ensure mutual understanding, buy-in, and commitment to next steps.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold principles of neutrality, fairness, transparency, and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Thrive under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain flexible in dynamic environments without compromising objectivity.
