We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for handling our account, identifying potential projects, writing compelling bids and proposals, communicating with clients, and negotiating project terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing proposals, bids, and cover letters, as well as the ability to identify and qualify potential projects. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate should have a basic understanding of software development processes and be detail-oriented and highly organized.

The successful candidate will work independently and within a team, demonstrating their ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

This is an entry-level position available for a full-time role. The industry is Software Development, and the employment type is full-time.
