Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Upwork Bidder, located on-site in Karachi Division. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for handling the company's Upwork account, identifying potential projects, writing compelling bids and proposals, communicating with clients, and negotiating project terms and conditions. The role also involves following up with clients and closing deals to secure new projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in writing proposals, bids, and cover letters
  • Ability to identify and qualify potential projects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of software development processes
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
