Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, prepare competitive bids, and ensure our proposals are well-prepared, compliant, and reflective of our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documentation.
  2. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates considering project expenses and other associated costs.
  3. Bid Preparation: Develop clear, comprehensive bids and proposals tailored to client needs and expectations.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all bids and proposals adhere to regulatory requirements and meet high standards of quality and safety.
  5. Documentation: Maintain organized records of all bidding activities, including communications, calculations, and contracts.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project management and sales teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication throughout the bidding process.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong analytical skills to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail in bid preparation and documentation.
  4. Proficient negotiation skills with clients.
  5. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used for estimating and bidding.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing.
  8. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
