We are seeking a passionate and curious individual to fill the Presales Specialist role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on quality, has a strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, and enjoys exploring how technology can solve business problems.
About the Job Description:The successful candidate will work closely with our Practice Directors, Presales Manager, and other team members to deliver high-quality, well-structured responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals. This involves understanding customer challenges, pain points, and requirements through internal briefings and customer discussions.
- Understand customer needs and challenges through thorough research and analysis.
- Collaborate with technical experts to design solution approaches, timelines, and estimates for proposals.
- Own and drive the RFP/RFI/RFQ process, ensuring we deliver polished and timely submissions.
- Provide inputs for technical teams during Proof of Concept (POC) or Value (POV) phases.
- Manage presales administration, including internal communication, documentation, and external partner processes.
- Excellent business-level English skills – especially written communication.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end RFP/RFI/proposal process.
- Ability to break down complex requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or solution design for IT projects.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, integration, or CX project environments.
