Global Fashion Designer

We're seeking an expert Senior Fashion Designer to drive the creation of exceptional leather outerwear and winterwear collections that meet global quality standards. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our seasonal offerings and elevating product quality.
- Develop and maintain seasonal collections that showcase expertise in global fashion trends and international fit standards.
- Stay current on market research, analyzing trends, fabrics, styling preferences, and consumer behaviors to inform design decisions.
- Lead the design process, from concept to final product, ensuring products meet both creative vision and international fit standards.
- Collaborate with pattern makers to refine fit, leveraging iterative processes to achieve perfection in silhouette and comfort.
- Implement corrective actions to address recurring fit issues based on customer feedback and analysis, working closely with the sampling and technical teams.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including size charts, grading tables, and fitting records tailored to international standards.
- Direct the pattern development team, overseeing tasks and reviewing outputs to ensure brand specifications are met.
- Coordinate with the sampling unit to guarantee precise sample execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct wear testing with diverse international body types, documenting feedback to enhance fit refinement.
- Serve as a liaison with the marketing team, providing technical data for product launches and supporting brand positioning in global markets.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
