About the Role- Develop and execute cross-platform social media strategies to grow reach and engagement.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
- Foster meaningful interactions by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with online communities.
- Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
- At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
- Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 mbps for both download and upload speed).
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
