Hiring Social Media Strategist (Onsite-Night Shift)
Role Overview

As a Social Media Strategist, you'll be responsible for planning, scripting, and executing content strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and boost conversions. You'll collaborate with our creative, design, and editing teams to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, audience-focused, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Script high-converting Reels, YouTube videos, and VSLs.
  • Write engaging text posts and carousel content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Map out content funnels that guide prospects from awareness to conversion.
  • Oversee DM outreach campaigns for lead generation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics.
  • Manage and optimize posting schedules across multiple platforms.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and content innovations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in content strategy, scripting, and social media management.
  • Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form and long-form video content.
  • Experience in funnel creation and VSL scriptwriting.
  • Creative storytelling ability with a knack for viral ideas.
  • Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends.
  • Hands-on experience with DM outreach and engagement tactics.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
