Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate the performance of customer support agents.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer support agents (chat and other communication channels).
  • Review chats and support interactions to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to the support team.
  • Analyze KPIs to measure individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with training and operations to enhance support quality.
  • Create reports and present QA findings to management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer support QA role is preferred.
