Job Title: Healthcare Facility Manager

  •   We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility.
  •   Responsibilities include ensuring employee attendance, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the unit, mobilizing resources for seamless patient-related services, preparing duty rosters for staff, and overseeing timely maintenance of equipment and assets.
  •   This is an entry-level position requiring a motivated individual with excellent management skills and experience in health care administration.
  •   Key responsibilities:
  •     • Ensure smooth hospital operations through vigilant management.
  •     • Monitor and ensure employee attendance, fostering a culture of regularity and punctuality among team members.
  •     • Oversee hygiene and cleanliness of the unit by guiding janitorial staff and enforcing infection control policies.
  •     • Mobilize resources effectively to guarantee seamless availability of patient-related services, including medicines, consumables, oxygen, and medical gases.
  •     • Prepare and enforce duty rosters for medical, nursing, paramedical, and administrative staff.
  •     • Ensure proper execution of security protocols and deployment of guards as required.
  •     • Oversee timely maintenance of hospital equipment, office furniture, and other assets through relevant staff.
  •     • Provide daily and periodic reports to top management as required.
  •   Key qualifications:
  •     • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
  •     • At least 1 year of experience in hospital administration.
  •     • Excellent management and communication skills.
  •     • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
