Staff Software Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, data-driven web applications while integrating advanced data science techniques to address complex business challenges.

  • You will leverage your expertise in .NET-based backend development, React for front-end, and Azure cloud services to contribute to building innovative and efficient solutions.
  • You will play a critical role in data-driven decision-making, implementing machine learning models, and optimizing system performance.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • You will support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design, and implementation of applications.
  • You will serve as a principal developer in project teams, providing expert guidance on business and technical matters.
  • You will take on additional responsibilities as needed, fostering team cohesion and collaboration.
  • You will act as a point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects and work streams.
  • You will proactively plan and strategize with the team, identifying potential issues and suggesting workable alternatives.
  • You will mentor technical staff, assist where needed, and lead efforts in resolving technical challenges.
  • You will guide and participate in recruiting top technical talent for the team.
  • You will fulfill all responsibilities of a Software Engineer.

Requirements

  • You will develop and maintain robust full-stack applications using .NET for the backend and React for the frontend.
  • You will design and implement data science models and machine learning algorithms to enhance application functionality.
  • You will work on Azure cloud services for deployment, scaling, and maintaining applications.
  • You will create and manage APIs to support seamless data integration between services.
  • You will build interactive dashboards and data visualization components to display insights in a user-friendly manner.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • You will optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • You will work with SQL/NoSQL databases to build and manage data pipelines and storage solutions.
  • You will stay updated on the latest trends in .NET development, front-end technologies, Azure, and data science frameworks.
