Key Responsibilities
  1. Application Review and Recruitment: Evaluate resumes and applications to determine the most suitable candidates for open positions.
  2. Job Description Development and Maintenance: Create, revise, and maintain accurate and comprehensive job descriptions to support the recruitment process.
  3. Recruitment and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  4. Hiring Record Management: Maintain detailed records of all hiring activities, including candidate interactions and selection outcomes.
  5. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR management and quality assurance.
