Project Coordinator
The role of Project Coordinator is multifaceted, requiring strong organizational skills and experience with project management tools. This position involves developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project scope effectively.

About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting the CEO and project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  2. Managing project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely project delivery within defined parameters.
  3. Monitoring and tracking project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  4. Ensuring project milestones are met and communicating any delays or changes effectively.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and maintain seamless communication.
  6. Acting as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and progress on project objectives.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or management.
  2. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Planner, Asana, or Trello.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project scope effectively.
  6. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify risks and implement solutions.
