We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional research skills, a strong understanding of sales funnels, and excellent communication skills.
The role involves researching and identifying potential clients within the healthcare and senior care sectors, conducting outreach through email and digital platforms, and scheduling appointments for our local sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to work independently, set targets, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B and B2C leads in the Houston, Texas market.
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to introduce our services and schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Use CRM tools and lead management platforms to track and document lead interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to ensure successful follow-ups and conversions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and digital outreach strategies is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads, campaigns, and deadlines efficiently.
