Supply Chain Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely supply to manufacturing plants and compliance with FEFO principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems, FEFO principles, and warehouse safety standards. They will be responsible for setting up warehouse layouts to ensure optimal space utilization, managing stock control, and reconciling inventory with WMS and SAP on a weekly basis.

A key aspect of this role is receiving and dispatching materials in line with company policies, monitoring the proper receiving of consignments from imported and local vendors, and ensuring timely dispatch of RM/PM to manufacturing plants.

The Supply Chain Operations Lead will also prepare and submit regular reports, including IN/OUT status, dead stock, and ageing reports, as well as monitor and resolve inventory inaccuracies in the automated warehouse system.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SAP, WMS, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
