Project Manager

As a key member of our IT project team, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes from conception to delivery. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and establish clear project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive execution and foster an environment of open communication and transparency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage Agile methodologies and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum values to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Resolve conflicts and impediments, ensuring seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering software applications in an Agile environment.
  • At least 9-10 years of experience in software development.
  • Knowledge of Agile techniques, including User Stories, Continuous Integration, and Scrum framework.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience coaching new Agile teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex Agile concepts to stakeholders and team members.
