Job Overview

This role entails financial stewardship, ensuring accurate accounting and timely postings.

Key Responsibilities
  • We seek a meticulous individual to code entries accurately and promptly.
  • Review and classify employee expense reports; ensure correct coding and posting.
  • Account for monthly asset amortization and operating lease liability adjustments.
  • Regularly update intangible assets with monthly amortizations.
  • Record customer volume rebates, workers' compensation, and other accruals as required.
  • Amortize prepaid expenses and rent on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare revenue reconciliation and book necessary accruals in a timely manner.
  • Process intercompany entries and balance sheet reconciliations efficiently.
  • Provide support with key controls, accounting tasks, and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office environment is expected.
