Full-Time Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Jhang. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties.

• Handling phone calls, managing schedules, maintaining records, filing documents, and providing executive administrative assistance.
• Ensuring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
• Capability to provide Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency with office software and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in Office Management or similar fields are a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
