Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the consultative discovery of clients' business goals, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into effective technology solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience. Additionally, they should have at least one vendor competency certification in cybersecurity solutions such as Cisco Security, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, or other industry-recognized platforms is preferred.

Minimum requirements include a minimum of 2+ years in a sales and/or IT security implementation/support role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and take initiative to improve internal processes, knowledge sharing, and documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales teams in presales activities, including gathering customer requirements and supporting solution design.
  • Develop a working knowledge of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging security technologies, and vendor offerings.
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs and contribute to appropriate security solution designs.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and take initiative to improve internal processes, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
