Job Title: Architect

The primary function of this role is to create high-quality drawings on Auto-CAD, while also meeting with clients, preparing and presenting project information, conducting site visits and supervisions, and creating 3D views.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop architectural designs using Auto-CAD software
  • Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and present design concepts
  • Prepare and present project information to clients, including technical specifications and construction methods
  • Conduct site visits and supervisions to ensure projects are completed according to design specifications
  • Create 3D views of project sites to facilitate client understanding and decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Auto-CAD software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
