Architectural Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing buildings and preparing comprehensive drawing packages for various stages of our UK-based projects, from initial client concepts to final construction.

This role requires a strong understanding of architectural design principles, excellent technical drawing skills, and a flair for visual presentation.

The candidate will be expected to manage a caseload of projects and demonstrate experience in project management of tasks, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across multiple assignments.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, preparing detailed drawing packs for new client projects, and generating comprehensive Building Control Regulation Plans for submission to Building Control authorities.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in architecture or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and practices;
  • Excellent technical drawing skills and proficiency in CAD software;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
