
Strategic Sales Growth Manager

This is a dynamic opportunity to join HA Consultants, Pakistan as a Business Development Associate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive business growth.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure stakeholders are informed of sales progress.
- Ensuring all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
- Documenting the sales process and closing deals effectively.
- Creating proposals and presentation materials to support sales efforts.
- Providing support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process.
- Managing customer relationships and building strong partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
In addition, they should have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of X years of experience in client dealing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively.
