Strategic Sales and Service Manager

Zong CMPak Ltd is a leading telecommunications company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Professional to fill the role of Proactive Talent Pipeline as a Strategic Sales and Service Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Sales Strategy:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SME corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
