As a Corporate Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgets and expenses.
- Play a key role in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, providing expert guidance and support.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing clear communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and technology, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Manage office inventory and supply orders, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Significant experience in corporate administration or a related field.
