Marketing Communications Professional

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in marketing planning, budgeting, and campaign designing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement promotional plans to increase awareness and create buzz for visibility, brand building, and image enhancement.
  • Ensure the preparation of documentaries, animations, and viral ads that meet brand guidelines and theme designing requirements.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute promotional campaigns to identify and explore opportunities.
  • Prepare and release print, electronic, and digital advertisements by working with advertising agencies and design houses/graphic designers.
  • Assist in preparation of media plans, develop media partnerships, acquisition, and negotiation of rates with media and advertising agencies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel.
  • Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations, and negotiating with media.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the development of marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
