Job Title: Marketing LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Lead. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing and promotional sales activities.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing plans and projects, managing productivity, and monitoring and reviewing marketing activity and results.

Additionally, you will determine strategic priorities, ensure timely and within-budget delivery, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong command of marketing strategies and tactics, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a construction background.

  • Liaising with head office on an as-needed basis is also a requirement.
