We are seeking a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis and providing actionable insights to inform our business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical research and quantitative analysis, with experience in analyzing complex data sets and developing strategic recommendations.

  • Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses of trends to enhance retention strategies and improve customer channel behavior through marketing drivers.
  • Analyze customer needs, perceptions, and behavior through a combination of proprietary and syndicated customer research studies.
  • Develop, write, and present strategic recommendations and projects that directly address client-specific research questions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage New Business and existing business competitive research data, assets, and decks for competitive presentations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new marketing opportunities for clients.
  • Organize and maintain research information.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain our competitive edge in the marketplace.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience conducting statistical research and quantitative analysis and marketing research for clients in support of effective marketing programs.
  • Direct Response experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and express the implications of analysis.
  • Familiarity with industry measurement tools such as SPSS, Mintel, MRI etc.
  • Expertise in using and sourcing research tools.
  • Solid understanding of the advertising/media industry.
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Innovative and strategic approach to all tasks.
  • Comfortable and efficient working in a fast-paced environment.
