  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of software development projects.

Responsibilities:

This role involves coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, defining project scope, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing project schedules.

Project Scope Definition:

The selected candidate will define project scope by studying strategic business drivers and discovering and validating business and technical requirements.

Tech Solution Evaluation and Recommendation:

This role involves formulating objectives, planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability, preparing installation and modification specifications, and leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:

This position is responsible for developing and completing test plans, maintaining project and technical documentation, and assuring quality Web solution.

Reporting and Communication:

The selected candidate will provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project managers, sales teams, and customers.

Professional Development:

The successful candidate will participate in training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or project management.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
