Job Title

Distributor Coordinator Job Summary:

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily order processes, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with field forces and distributors.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily order processes, sending orders to the factory, and resolving issues with field forces and distributors.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will be required to communicate regularly with field forces and distributors via phone or WhatsApp.
  • The Distributor Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining an Excel sheet of shortage brands, monitoring and updating records, and handling field force problems.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily order process and send to factory.
  • Communicate with Field Force/Distributor via call/WhatsApp regarding distributor orders, accounts, and performance; resolve distributor issues for dispatch.
  • Monitor and maintain an Excel sheet of shortage brands.
  • Handle and resolve Field Force problems.
  • Maintain monthly Field Force Cost Statement (National Basis) updated for TADA, SALARY, BONUS, and INCENTIVE.
  • Maintain monthly DSF Cost Statement (National Basis) updated for TADA, SALARY, and INCENTIVE.
  • Prepare Target Incentive Statement for Field Force.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Executive Officers to create analysis sheets using Microsoft Excel as per requirements.
  • Conduct sale monitoring by Division/Zone/Region (Target/OC/Sales) using computer programs to check if targets are achieved and send relevant reports to DSI/ZSI/RSI/DSF.
  • Update brand-wise competitor price vs KSD as per Marketing Manager's requirements.
  • Manage daily fund position in our program and check received statements through email from HBL and MCB.
Additional Tasks
  • Prepare Payment Advice to Field Force for TA/DA and INCENTIVE.
  • Prepare Normal (Without Tax) Credit Note to distributor (Additional cash discount + Trade scheme).
  • Prepare Normal (Without Tax) Debit Note to distributor.
  • Prepare Tax Credit Note (With Tax) Credit Note and Debit Note to distributor.
  • Prepare Payment Advice to our Supplier/Party.
  • Prepare different Excel statements as requested by Marketing Manager.
