Logistics Operations Manager

This role requires a skilled logistics professional to lead our logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

  • Develop and implement strategic logistics plans that drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Manage the full order cycle, from receipt of orders to delivery of products to customers.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee the arrangement of warehouse space, cataloging of goods, planning of routes and processing of shipments.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints that arise, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • SUPVISE AND TRAIN WAREHOUSE WORKFORCE TO ENSURE HIGH PRODUCTIVITY AND ACCURACY STANDARDS.
  • Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets, driving business growth and success.
