Business Development Professional

We are looking for a talented Business Development Professional to join our team.

About the Opportunity:

This is a great chance for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that involves generating leads, writing proposals, and securing new projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize various platforms to identify and engage with potential clients and generate leads for AI, automation, and web development projects.
  2. Proposal Writing & Bidding: Develop persuasive proposals and bid strategically on freelance/job platforms to increase project wins.
  3. Client Engagement & Deal Closing: Communicate with leads, understand their needs, and close deals for our team.
  4. Social Media Growth & Branding: Maintain and enhance our online presence to attract inbound leads through engaging content and social media activity.
  5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and refine business development strategies accordingly.
  6. CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively track, follow up, and nurture leads using CRM tools.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  1. Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in the IT/software industry.
  2. Proficiency in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and freelance/job platforms.
  3. Exceptional English communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
  4. Able to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  5. Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation tools is beneficial.
