We are seeking professionals with diverse skills, knowledge, and experiences to lead and deliver value across various areas, including digital banking, enterprise transformation, credit modelling, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and data analytics.

  1. Develop strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in verbal and written communication, and exhibit expertise in developing presentations.
  2. Possess excellent problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities, and demonstrate a reasonable knowledge and understanding of technologies, including advanced and emerging tech.
  3. Be collaborative and possess strong multitasking abilities, with proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint), and be knowledgeable of banking industry trends, risks, regulations, products, and processes.

Educationally, we require ACA, ACCA, or a Master's or Bachelor's degree in related fields. Experientially, 2-5 years of experience at banks across any of the mentioned domains is preferred.
