Project Management Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Project Management Lead to spearhead our project initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Developing, managing, and executing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources.
  • Motivating and overseeing cross-functional teams, collaborating with audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to suggest process improvements and share knowledge.
  • Collaborating with various teams to optimize processes and drive delivery excellence.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development projects, with hands-on experience in SCRUM methodology.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with respect and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and DevOps.
  • Ability to switch between methodologies and tailor them according to project needs.
