Call Center Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Call Center Sales Representative. This role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for our US-based clientele in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls using effective communication skills.
  • Presentation of product or service features and benefits in a clear and concise manner is crucial.
  • Closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets requires strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by following up on leads and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Diligent documentation of all calls and interactions accurately in a call logging system is vital.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear American accent, are essential.
  • A proven track record of success in sales roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles, is necessary.
  • Experience working in a call center environment is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills, is paramount.
  • Availability to work night shift (US time) is mandatory due to the nature of the market.
