AI-Powered Test Engineer

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our test strategy development, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and incorporates AI-driven insights.

  • As an AI-Powered Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks, validating complex networking features, and ensuring product reliability and performance.

  • You'll manage, support, and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, utilizing AI tools for enhanced requirement analysis and quality assurance of applications.

  • Develop and execute AI-enhanced automated test scripts for better accuracy and scalability.

  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, incorporating AI-driven insights.

  • Participate in AI-assisted Manual/Automation QA Reviews for increased efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, leveraging AI for continuous feedback and improvement.

  • Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies, keeping client expectations in mind.

  • Develop comprehensive AI-enhanced Test Plans, using AI-driven insights for optimal coverage.

  • Mentor junior team members, emphasizing AI tool usage and best practices through learning activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in WiFi and Switching technologies, including L2/L3 networking protocols. A strong background in AI and machine learning is also essential.
