Responsibilities:

*Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated, human-like AI voice agents for diverse business needs, including appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and customer service automation.

*Integrate voice agents seamlessly with client-side systems, CRMs, calendars, and other third-party APIs to ensure robust workflow automation.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate unique client challenges into technical requirements and high-performing AI solutions.

*Fine-tune and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure real-time, low-latency, and natural-sounding conversations.

*Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks to guarantee the reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our voice agents.

*Stay on the cutting edge of AI and voice technology, continuously researching and implementing best practices to enhance our product offerings.

Technical Skills:

*Core AI/ML: High proficiency in Python with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

*Voice & Conversation AI: Hands-on experience with voice-specific technologies, including Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and audio streaming protocols (e.g., WebSockets).

*Frameworks & Libraries: Proven experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and NLP libraries such as Hugging Face (Transformers), spaCy, or NLTK.

*LLM & RAG: Demonstrable experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for building knowledgeable and context-aware agents.

*APIs & Integrations: Strong capability in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with a variety of third-party services.

*Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and resilient deployment.
