Senior Full Stack Developer Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer Lead to lead our team of developers in migrating a legacy Java application to a modern stack using Angular, Nest.js, and PostgreSQL.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in full stack development and leadership roles. They should be proficient in Java, Struts, Nest.js, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Lead a team of developers in migrating a legacy Java application to a modern stack.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Angular and Nest.js applications.
  • Oversee integration with PostgreSQL databases.
  • Support and guide the migration from Java to the new tech stack.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Nest.js, RESTful APIs, Websockets.
  • Proficiency in Java, Struts.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Responsibilities:

This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on coding, balancing support for existing systems with designing and developing new features on the updated architecture.
