Automation Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our automation capabilities.

About the Role
  • Design and develop automation and control systems, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems using Siemens TIA Portal and S7.
  • Create and configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems using Siemens TIA Portal for efficient process monitoring and control.
  • Integrate and optimize automation solutions within our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain PLC programs, ensuring they align with production requirements and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues with control systems, minimizing downtime and improving system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of control system designs, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and maintenance technicians, to implement automation solutions that meet production goals.
  • Ensure that automation systems and processes comply with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to operations and maintenance teams on control system operation and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Siemens control systems, including TIA Portal, S7, WinCC, and others.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI development.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
