Are you looking for a career in accounting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join our team.
The role of the Financial Administrator is to oversee the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate records on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Key responsibilities include recording and maintaining accurate day-to-day financial transactions, handling accounts payable and receivable, managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and maintaining the company's ledger.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent data entry skills, ability to work quickly and accurately, good concentration, and an eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also essential. You should hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, such as B.Com/ BSc/ M.Com/ MBA/ MSc, and have experience in a similar role. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification is highly desirable.
This is a full-time position working from the office, with standard business hours from 10am-7pm. The location of the job is DHA Sector F.
- Recording and maintaining accurate day-to-day financial transactions.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintaining the company's ledger.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Previous experience in a similar role.
