Job Description
Translation Empire PK is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to manage the organization's payroll processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
· Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions.
· Calculate and process statutory deductions (e.g., taxes, docks, deductions pensions, benefits).
· Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal use and external compliance.
· Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide support as needed.
· Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data and reporting.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee and company payroll information.
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
· Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, or similar role.
· Solid understanding of payroll principles and statutory requirements.
· Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
