Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our organization.

This pivotal role is responsible for elevating the capabilities and skills of our employees in alignment with company-wide developmental necessities. The ideal candidate will assess training needs, implement training initiatives, and cultivate a robust learning culture to enhance productivity.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all training needs, including new hire trainings, product and system trainings, and performance management.
  • They will conduct engaging trainings on generic skills and orientation programs, ensuring newly recruited individuals perform optimally with established benchmarks.
  • The full cycle of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will be conducted in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • A timely and aligned training calendar will be rolled out to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Training courses and materials will be overseen to maintain quality and consistency, with evaluations of training effectiveness.
  • The development of facilitation and coaching skills in line managers will be driven, staying abreast of the latest developments in learning trends and methodologies.
Essential Experience, Skills & Knowledge

We are looking for candidates with a minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development, demonstrating the capacity and interest to integrate business results with a people-oriented approach.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business field is required. Essential skills include excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

A proven track record in developing and implementing new training programs is essential. Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills are also crucial.

Proficiency in MS Office and related business tools is required. The ideal candidate can generate excitement and commitment to capability building across teams.

Familiarity with traditional and modern training techniques is necessary.
