
Administration Support Professional

The ideal candidate will oversee all office and administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes managing guest arrangements, travel bookings, hotel reservations, and telephone/mobile bill management. In the executive's absence, this role assumes responsibility for these duties.
Key Responsibilities- Company Asset Management:
- Maintain company assets through regular upkeep and maintenance.
- Interdivisional Coordination:
- Support administration activities with division representatives, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Employee Records:
- Manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate data for salary preparation.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with government agencies as per applicable laws (Electricity, Service Tax, etc.).
- Contractor Management:
- Supervise and manage outsourcing contractors (security, travel, housekeeping, etc.).
- Purchasing:
- Handle purchasing tasks efficiently.
- Accounting Functions:
- Gain exposure to general accounting functions, including bills clearance and vouchers preparation.
- Expatriate Support:
- Provide support to expatriates as needed.
- Office Maintenance:
- Maintain a comfortable and efficient office environment.
- Renovation Supervision:
- Oversee renovation work in the office, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
