Senior Project Coordinator - Technology Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Project Coordinator to play a key role in the successful delivery of technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have a broad technical understanding, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams of software engineers, systems analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the technical feasibility of project plans and solutions. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications, systems integrations, and data-driven solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Multiple Projects: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, quality, or budget. Manage project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  2. Communicate Effectively: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively.
  3. Cultivate Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and goals, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of software development, systems integration, and data-related technologies.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience managing technology projects, with exposure to software development, systems integration, and data-oriented initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
