Video Editor Lead

This role involves editing and assembling recorded raw material into a polished product suitable for dissemination. Key responsibilities include trimming footage segments, adding music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and voiceovers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a video editor, proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and a strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product that's suitable for publishing.
  • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
  • Add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and voice overs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video editor (please share a portfolio or demo reel).
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • A strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Job Requirements
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual elements (e.g., lighting, composition, pacing)
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., content creators, marketers, designers)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
