Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to drive growth, profitability and product assortment optimization across all lighting categories.

The successful candidate will oversee product selection and optimization in functional, architectural and decorative lighting categories.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability within each lighting category.

  1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  2. Use analytics tools like Magento, Excel and Google Analytics to monitor category performance and make data-driven adjustments
  3. Work with marketing and data analysis teams to design and launch category-specific promotions
  4. Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers to align product offerings with market demands
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in category management, especially in e-commerce, B2B or wholesale environments
  • Proficiency in Magento, Excel and Google Analytics
  • Strong skills in competitive analysis, pricing strategies and sales growth techniques
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
