Our organization is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our Internet marketing endeavors in Lahore, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing traditional marketing campaigns through newspaper advertisements, radio and TV ads, and digital initiatives covering social media marketing, search engine listings, and online campaigns. They will also oversee the development of landing pages, email marketing, affiliates, ads, link exchanges, and other functions aimed at driving business growth.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- MBA/BBA (Marketing) degree from a reputable institution
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience as a marketing manager/executive
- Expertise in running marketing campaigns on mainstream media as well as social and digital media
- Proficiency in Excel

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in managing Google, Yahoo, and Bing PPC campaigns
- Ability to generate keywords using leading tools
- Skilled in bid management with top-tier packages and tools
- Experienced in tracking software such as Google Analytics
- Capable of leading a team
- Real-world SEO expertise with solutions for complex websites and PHP knowledge is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies

- Conduct keyword research and analysis

- Utilize webmaster tools and track website performance

- Ensure copy quality and accuracy using Copyscape

- Optimize website speed using GT Metrix and Woo Rank

- Drive business development and expansion

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO tools and strategies

- Leverage social media and PPC channels effectively

- Manage affiliate marketing programs and email campaigns

- Create high-quality content and materials
