Job Title: Creative Director - Women's Apparel

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Fashion Designer to join our team as a Creative Director - Women's Apparel. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and executing designs that meet our brand standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Concept Development: Create innovative and visually appealing design concepts for women's apparel based on market trends, target audience, and brand identity.
  • Visual Representation: Develop visual representations of design ideas through sketches, mood boards, and prototypes to effectively communicate your vision to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes through market research, trend analysis, and attending fashion events to ensure our designs remain relevant and competitive.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandisers, buyers, and production teams to ensure designs meet production and business requirements, and effectively communicate design ideas through clear and compelling presentations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a fashion designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of design and creativity.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
