Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Strategy & Vision:
    Define and develop the brand's creative direction, tone, and style across all media—digital, print, video, web, and experiential.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, video producers, and art directors.
  • Campaign Development:
    Oversee the concept and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring creative excellence aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Collaboration:

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally in an agency or high-growth brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaigns and brand work.
  • Proven ability to manage creative teams and processes from concept through execution.
  • Deep understanding of visual design, typography, motion, storytelling, and user experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design or production software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in branding, advertising, digital marketing, and product design.
